Restaurant La Pérgola

After making their fortunes in the 19th century, the wool barons wanted to enjoy luxuries such as harvesting grapes in their own city mansions and estancias, huge sheep farming properties in the region.

At the Braun mansion, workers planted one grape vine that has spreads through La Pérgola restaurant, former winter garden of Mrs. Sara Braun, a place where you can eat enjoying the long summer days, having daylight until 11 PM.

The dishes at the restaurant La Pérgola are of the mediterranean style, incorporating the most selected of the typical products of the region. Our preparations respect all the flavor and freshness of local ingredients, highlighting them with creativity and a delicate presentation.

The quality of the food has earned praise in magazines.

Currently it works daily as an extension of our Bar Shackleton and with 24 hrs in advance, we can book a prearranged menu.

Our Cuisine

To start the evening, aperitifs like Cucumber & Basil Collins, Blackberry Kir Royale, Tomato & Strawberry Gazpacho with Shrimp and tender Oyster and Cheese croquettes, and dishes like saffron and basil Lasagna sweetly fill with salmon, sauteed shrimp and gremolatta vichisoisse cream with fresh herbs; or the crusted tilapia fillet with sweet rocotos chilli and carrots and ginger mash, are some of our chef creations that certainly will seduce you.
